Among the early leaders was Cash Converters (ASX: CCV), which jumped at the opening bell after the company announced it had settled a class action lawsuit. The company agreed to pay $42.5m into a distribution fund, payable to class members who took out consumer loans with Cash Convertors between 2009 and 2013.
