Cann Group (ASX:CAN) and IDT Australia (ASX:IDT) both jumped after jointly announcing extraction activities were underway for the first batches of their medical cannabis resin.

Additionally, buy now, pay later stock Sezzle (ASX:SZL) rebounded off recent lows after saying it was confident it could overcome a regulatory hurdle in California which spooked shareholders in recent days. It held its first meeting with the State of California Department of Business Oversight yesterday.
