Blackstone Minerals (ASX:BSX) surged due to a capital raising. While these often cause stocks to call more often than not this one didn’t being at a 62 per cent premium.

The deal also involved nickel material manufacturer EcoPro joining the register and agreeing to help Blackstone process minerals from it’s project in Vietnam.
