Several stocks surged in early trade with positive news. One was Avecho Biotechnology (ASX:AVE) which revealed a deal with cannabinoid actives supplier Purisys to develop new oral cannabinoid products.
Small business lender Prospa (ASX:PGL) was another winner with the news it was eligible to access the Morrison government’s small business support package.
