Russia-focused coal play Tigers Realm (ASX:TIG) signed a supply contract to build a coal handling and preparation plant and has more than quadrupled this morning.

Pure Minerals (ASX:PM1) rose after unveiling an offtake agreement with South Korean chemicals giant LG Chem for Pure Minerals’ nickel and cobalt project in Queensland.
