Wind energy aspirant Carnegie Clean Energy (ASX:CCE) surged after signing an MOU with South East Asian focused Oceantera to investigate project opportunities in the latter company’s region.

Rhythm Biosciences (ASX:RHY) rose with news it had successfully completed a prototype of its blood test to detect colorectal cancer.

In resources, base metals explorer Azure (ASX:AZS) unveiled exploration results while gold play Sabre Resources (ASX:SBR) announced an exploration campaign was underway.

Rounding out this morning’s list is National Tyre & Wheel (ASX:NTD) which spiked after releasing a trading update.
