Angel Seafood (ASX:AS1) rose off the back of a takeover offer which was at a hefty premium to Friday’s closing price but at exactly the same price it listed a few years ago. The company has not yet recommended the bid be backed but has agreed to engage further.

Another takeover offer this morning was Bardoc Gold (ASX:BDC) which is being pursued by St Barbara (ASX:SBM).

In gold exploration news, today’s most impressive results, as judged by share price movement, came from Navarre Minerals (ASX:NML).

HitIQ (ASX:HIQ), a brain injury specialist which only listed earlier this year, signed an exclusive partnership with Bupa Dental Care, Australia’s largest dental network, to offer HIQ’s concussion management technology.

1414 Degrees (ASX:14d) entered into an MoU with Jemena subsidiary Ovida to explore partnering on the development of the Aurora Energy project.

 

After ~2 years suspended, software company Transendence Technologies (ASX:TTL) has relisted as a gold exploration company called Redcastle Resources (ASX:RC1).
