Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10 highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade. It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
Base and platinum metals explorer Chalice Gold Mines (ASX:CHN) soared with an impressive intersection at its West Australian project. Specifically it was 19 metres at 2.59 per cent nickel, 1.04 per cent copper, 8.37 g/t of palladium and 1.11 g/t of platinum from 48 metres in fresh rock.
Meanwhile many travel and entertainment stocks plunged again after the latest government restrictions. One was Ardent Leisure (ASX:ALG) which told shareholders it was closing its theme parks at least until May 31.
