Base and platinum metals explorer Chalice Gold Mines (ASX:CHN) soared with an impressive intersection at its West Australian project. Specifically it was 19 metres at 2.59 per cent nickel, 1.04 per cent copper, 8.37 g/t of palladium and 1.11 g/t of platinum from 48 metres in fresh rock.
