Just like Friday, uranium stocks were dominant thanks to the rise in spot prices. Once again, 92Energy (ASX:92E) rose the most.
Albion Resources (ASX:ALB) rose 24% having been targeted by the ASX Pump and Dump Group on Telegram, but was paused just 4 minutes and 8 seconds into trading.
Turning to stocks with individual company news, leading the charge was Eastern Iron (ASX:EFE) which unveiled an MOU to acquire and develop lithium projects.
King Island Schleeite (ASX:KIS) secured additional debt funding for its tungsten project.
