Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (“Viridis” or “Company”) is an ASX-listed mineral exploration company with a portfolio of assets spanning rare earths, gold and halloysite/kaolin. The Company’s current focus is on the development of the Colossus Ionic Adsorption Clay (IAC) Rare Earth Project (“Colossus”), located in Poços de Caldas, Brazil.

The agreement to acquire the Colossus Project from Mineração Varginha (The Vendors) was signed on 1st of August 2023, and consisted of 91km2 of concessions within Poços de Caldas, Brazil. Viridis has since expanded its landholding to a notable ~145km2. Maiden drilling has recently discovered world-class thickness and grades of Rare Earths boasting intercepts of: 46.0m @ 3,285ppm TREO [27% MREO], 24.0m @ 4,573ppm TREO [38% MREO], 17.0m @3,042ppm TREO [34% MREO] etc.
