Trajan is a global developer and manufacturer of analytical and life sciences products and devices founded to enable science that benefits people by enriching personal health through scientific tools and solutions. These products and solutions are used by laboratories in the analysis of biological, food, and environmental samples. Trajan has a portfolio and pipeline of new technologies which support the move towards decentralised, personalised data-based healthcare. Our products span the biological workflow, from point of sample collection through varied analytical methods and on to data interpretation.

Our customers include large multi‑national original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the analytical science industry, biopharmaceutical, food and contract research organisation (CRO) laboratories, scientific distribution businesses and end-user laboroatories.  These customers work in the Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, Food and Safety segments.  The products we supply are categorised broadly as analytical components and consumables that are used in chromatography for precise measurement and diagnostic anatomical pathology.  We also have capital equipment and software products and services that link into chromatography workflows, and gas odorisation products.

As part of our innovative work we have microsampling products for blood and skin samples and a versatile modular liquid chromatography system that can be employed in a wide variety of tasks including pharmaceutical process control and PFAS (forever chemical) testing of soil and other biological samples.

Trajan is a global organisation of more than 600 people, with seven manufacturing sites across the US, Australia, Europe and Malaysia, and operations in Australia (HQ), the US, Asia, and Europe.
