Robert Martin | Executive Chairman

Mr Martin is a successful businessman and accomplished company director with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors including, mining and mining services, manufacturing and capital markets.

Mr Martin currently holds the positions of Non-Executive Chairman of Equinox Resources Limited (ASX: EQN) Non-Executive Chairman of Critical Resources Limited (ASX:CRR) Non-Executive Chairman for Battery Age Minerals Limited (ASX: BM8) and as Non-Executive, Non-Executive Director of Parkd Limited (ASX:PKD) Director of TSX-V listed Volt Carbon Technologies (TSX-V: VCT).

Mr Booth has over 20 years of experience in the mining and energy sectors, including experience in lithium exploration, development and operations across hard rock and brine deposits.

Prior to this position Mr Booth held senior positions at Fortescue Future Industries, Galaxy Resources (now Allkem) and Sundance Resources. Mr Booth has significant experience in North America and in lithium through his time at Fortesuce Future Industries and Galaxy Resources, including development of Allkem’s James Bay project in Quebec.
