  • Michael Hall, Non Executive Chairman

    Previously worked in chartered accountants offices, Michael joined Grace Brothers in their development phase and rose to be Head Office Controller. After approximately 8 years at Grace Brothers Michael left to have a short stint with Norman Ross (Harvey Norman) and then onto a private merchant bank. Michael became ill with cancer and his experience with that disease introduced him to the area of nutrition. Since that time Michael has been a key player in the successful building of various vitamin companies.

    Cheryl, has pharmaceutical experience including over 20 years in roles across sales, marketing, business development, commercial excellence, patient access and general management. During her US (Chicago-based for three years) and Asia tenure (Philippines-based for three years), Mrs Maley focused in seeing products through to regulatory approval; and has gained knowledge of the oncology market.

    McAllister is currently CEO of McPherson’s Limited. Under his leadership McPherson’s has delivered an impressive turnaround, growing annual sales revenue to $220M. He brings strong experience in consumer marketing and extensive commercial, M&A and business strategy experience. Mr. McAllister was previously Managing Director for Sanofi in Australia & New Zealand, where he successfully led and turned around the company’s consumer healthcare business. During his tenure at Sanofi he also served on the Board of Medicines Australia for two years.
