Mr Martin now runs a family office in Western Australia with a focus on investing and supporting emerging private and public businesses and currently holds the positions of Non-Executive Chairman at ASX-listed Critical Resources Limited (ASX: CRR) and Non-Executive Director at Pathfinder Resources Limited (ASX:PF1) and Parkd Limited (ASX: PKD).

    Zac has over 23 years of experience in the resources sector and is a passionate leader with expertise spanning mine development, project delivery, commercialisation, commissioning, mining, and mineral processing operations across iron ore, nickel, cobalt, lithium, and battery cathode active material production.

    He has held senior management positions with BHP, Fortescue, and Northvolt, covering diverse geographies such as Australia, South Korea, Africa, Sweden, Portugal, and Brazil.
    Zac holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (1st Class Hons), a Bachelor of Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration.
