Energy Transition Minerals (ASX:ETM)

Company Profile

Energy Transition Minerals Ltd (ASX: ETM) is an Australian-based company with a global vision: to unlock and deliver the critical minerals that power the world’s clean energy future. Our diversified portfolio spans Europe and North America, targeting rare earths, lithium, tin, tantalum, and niobium—minerals essential for electric vehicles, renewable power, advanced electronics, and the technologies driving decarbonisation.

At the heart of our portfolio is Kvanefjeld in Greenland, one of the world’s largest rare earth resources, with the potential to become a cornerstone supply for Western markets. In Spain, our Villasrubias project is advancing exploration for lithium and tantalum, while the Penouta mine acquisition positions ETM with a near-term European production base for tin, tantalum, and niobium. Across the Atlantic, our Solo and Good Setting projects in Canada’s James Bay region add significant growth potential in lithium—critical to the EV battery supply chain.

With strategic assets in mining-friendly jurisdictions, strong partnerships, and a clear focus on energy transition minerals, ETM is uniquely placed to support secure, sustainable, and diversified supply chains. As global demand accelerates, we are committed to creating value for shareholders while contributing to a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
