Chariot Corporation Ltd (ASX: CC9) is a mineral exploration company focused on discovering and developing high-grade and near surface lithium opportunities in the United States. Chariot is the largest known landholder for lithium exploration in the United States.
Chariot’s projects are prospective for both hard rock lithium (i.e., spodumene) in Wyoming and claystone-hosted lithium in Nevada and Oregon. Recent rock chip assay results at the flagship Black Mountain Project (hard rock) and the Resurgent Project (claystone) demonstrate high-grade lithium mineralisation at surface.
Chariot also holds a deep pipeline of exploration projects and has a retained interest in four (4) divested claystone lithium projects in the U.S. and a divested hard rock lithium exploration portfolio in Western Australia.

Shanthar Pathmanathan
Mr Pathmanathan was the CEO and MD of Lithium Consolidated Ltd, which had one of the largest portfolios of hard rock lithium exploration assets, globally. He has 14 years of investment banking experience in the metals and mining, oil and gas and chemicals sectors. He was Vice President wit Deutsche Bank’s investment banking division and previously held investment banking and principle investment roles with Macquarie Group in Australia and New York.
Brendan Borg
Borg has 25 years’ experience in management, operations, and project development roles across the industry with companies such as Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Magnis Resorces, Celsius Resources, Tempus Resources, Firefinch, Sibelco Australia, and Leo Lithium.

Edward Max Baker
Mr Baker is a Ph.D. Geologist with over 50 years of experience, working across multiple continents and commodities. Including tin-tantalum pegmatites. Mr Baker was the prior Chief Geologist at Newcrest during the discovery and development phases of the Cadia and Gossowong deposits. Mr Baker was previously VP Exploration for Integra Resources Corp.
