BlackEarth Minerals (ASX:BEM) is a vertically integrated graphite developer with an advanced mining project in Madagascar (Maniry DFS to be completed in Q2 2022) and additionally plans to establish an expandable graphite JV processing facility in India to be in cash flow by mid-2022

KEY PEOPLE
George Bauk | Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Bauk is a experienced company director with over 14 years’ experience as a listed company director in Australia within the resources industry in both production and exploration with assets in Western Australia, Australia and internationally.
Mr Bauk has over 30 years’ experience in the resources industry and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from Edith Cowan University, is a Fellow of the CPA and has an MBA from the University of New England.
Mr Bauk has held global operational and corporate roles with WMC Resources and Western Metals.
He has a strong background in strategic management, business planning, building teams, finance and capital/debt raising, and experience with a variety of commodities in particular rare earths, gold and industrial minerals.
Tom Revy | Managing Director
Mr Revy holds more than 30 years’ experience within the resources industry, and is corporate and project development specialist with an extensive international network in the mining sector.
He has held senior operational and corporate positions within reputable organisations, including GRD Minproc, WorleyParsons, Ferrum Crescent and Empire Resources.
As Managing Director of BlackEarth Minerals Mr Revy is responsible for overseeing the development of the Company’s projects and strategy direction.
David Round | Executive Director
Mr Round holds a advanced technical understanding of Accounting Standards, Corporations Law, and taxation matters related to business in Australia and overseas.
He was previously Head of Finance, Sales & Marketing at Australian graphite producer, Bass Metals Ltd; lead a large and experienced finance department and, critically, developed sales, marketing, and logistics networks for the supply of Graphite to the USA, India, throughout Europe and China.
Prior to that Mr Round held senior roles with various Australian companies including Morris Corporation and ASX listed companies: International Coal, Albidon, Ironbark Zinc and Wolf Minerals.
His background also includes working with international accounting firms Grant Thorton and Ernst & Young and he holds an extensive commercial network
