  • Paul Dickson - Non-executive Chairman

    Paul has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held significant roles, including founding director and non-executive Chairman of Alligator Energy Ltd (ASX:AGE), where he oversaw the development of the Samphire Uranium Project’s Blackbush Deposit, and director of Cobold Metals Limited, focusing on cobalt exploration.

    Paul has also founded and directed several companies offering capital raising and corporate advisory services for small-cap companies and currently consults to the equity markets area for Henslow Pty Ltd.

  • Pat Volpe - Non-Executive Director

    Pat has over 35 years of global experience in minerals and metals exploration, including a decade of cultivating strong relationships in Brazil and assembling the Company’s project portfolio across four states. He was the founding director of A-Cap Resources Limited (ASX:LOT), leading the discovery of one of the world’s top 10 largest undeveloped uranium deposits, and served as Executive Chairman of Botswana Metals Limited (ASX:SI6), which achieved significant base and precious metal discoveries and a joint venture with government-owned BCL Limited.

    Pat also chairs a private venture responsible for Botswana’s first graphite discovery and was the founder and chairman of Cardia Bioplastics Limited (ASX:SES).
