Special Report: The launch of Xref Lite is a key addition to the company’s product offering, as it looks to leverage its momentum in global markets.

Human resources company Xref (ASX:XF1) has done the hard yards to established its automated recruitment platform in lucrative global markets.

Now, the company is looking to capitalise on its opportunity for global growth with a new product – Xref Lite – which offers clients the same functionality as its core product but in a fast-access, self-service format.

With its new product offering, the company plans to drive its existing global user-base of around 6,500 customers up above the 10,000 mark.

Xref’s existing network provides the framework for an aggressive go-to-market strategy for Xref Lite, starting with the firm’s current integration partners who can use Xref Lite as an introduction point for their customers.

The company will also enact a global marketing campaign and use Xref Lite as a way to reengage with its global database of customers, referees and job hunters that have used the platform since it was founded in 2010.

Keep it simple

The key feature of Xref Lite is that it offers a much faster same-day interaction process. Users can create an Xref account and pick up a free credit, then use it to find a personalised HR solution by both sourcing and vetting potential employees.

Xref CEO Lee-Martin Seymour said the value-add that tech platforms can bring to recruitment vetting procedures is now a concept that’s firmly entrenched in the marketplace. From this point, gaining a competitive advantage is all about speed.

“We’re now offering a solution that leaves no room for excuses. Anyone can do a robust and reliable check in seconds — wherever they are and whoever they’re hiring,” he said.

“Xref Lite opens up a major window of opportunity for us to do so more quickly, with ease of access for anyone recruiting in any sector globally.”

The free-credit offer provides a simple mechanism for customers to try the process and experience of the benefit of efficient HR automation. Customers can then top up their account with a minimum of five credits, at a cost of $60 per credit.

As part of the company’s broader product offering, Xref Lite also creates a vehicle to onboard customers into its market-leading enterprise platform.

That same enterprise solution is also what makes the Xref Lite rollout possible, due to the many features the company has already established – starting with global ISO 27001 certification for IT Security.

Xref has also developed multi-language capability and a 24/7 support service, which is active in all jurisdictions where the company operates.

In view of that, the launch of Xref Lite comes at a “strategically pivotal” moment for the company’s global growth strategy.

Xref plans to capitalise on a first-mover advantage, in an industry “that no longer questions the benefits of automated recruitment processes and wants real-time solutions”.
