BlackEarth Minerals is a vertically integrated graphite developer with an advanced mining project in Madagascar. The company has plans to establish an expandable graphite JV processing facility in India to be in cash flow by mid-2022.

Evolution Energy Minerals Limited is focused on sustainable graphite products for the global green economy. The company’s principal asset is the Chilalo Project located in southeast Tanzania.

Both companies are making headlines with BlackEarth recently having defined a 5.3Mt grading 8.5% total graphitic content at its Maniry project in Madagascar and  Evolution Energy Minerals having signed a binding offtake agreement with Yichang Xincheng Graphite Co for the sale of 30,000tpa of coarse flake graphite from its Chilalo Graphite Project.

The group discuss a range of topics, including factors at play influencing the graphite market, changes for Tanzania in favour of future mining development and the outlook for graphite in the next 5-10 years.
