Global Oil & Gas Limited is an Australian ASX listed company (ASX:GLV) focused on identifying, exploring and developing Energy & Resource assets within Australia.

Global Oil & Gas Limited owns 25% in the drill ready Sasanof-1 Prospect located in the North West Shelf – WA.  Sasanof-1 has an estimated 2U Prospective Resource of 7.2 Tcf gas and 176 Million bbls condensate (P50), with a 32% Chance of Success. The high case 3U Prospective Resource estimate is for 17.8 Tcf gas and 449 Million bbls condensate (P10). Planned drilling for May 2022.

The Company has a 10% investment in Goshawk Energy Limited, which owns the Helvetica Oil Prospect.

Helvetia has a 194 MMbbl Prospective Resource (unrisked Best Estimate Undiscovered PIIP). A joint venture partner is currently being sought to undertake a 3D seismic program in 2022.

Company also owns 100% of EP127 located in the Northern Territory which through recent exploration activities has shown high levels of helium occurrences, which is currently being assessed for further exploration work in the second half of 2022.

The global demand for energy will not fade with a rapidly increasing & diverse population, which is why energy projects will continue to be the primary focus.

    Mr Zielinski is a corporate lawyer and Director of Nova Legal (Perth based corporate law form). Mr Zielinski graduated from the University of Note Dame in 2006 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Mr Zielinski primarily works in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions with particular experience in the resources and technology sectors.   • Patric Glovac | Executive Director

    In 2013 Mr Glovac co-founded GTT Ventures Pty Ltd (GTT), a boutique corporate advisory firm, specialising in the resource and technology sector. GTT has funded numerous listed and private companies since its inception across multiple markets including Australia, USA and the United Kingdom. Previously he worked as an investment advisor for Bell Potter Securities Limited since 2003, focusing on high net-worth clients and corporate advisory services. Mr Glovac was appointed to the board on 10 August 2018.

  • Troy Hayden | Non-Executive Director

    Mr Hayden has more than 25 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has worked on numerous oil and gas asset acquisitions, divestments and M&A transactions. He is currently the Business Development Manager at Transborder Energy, a small scale Floating LNG company. He was the CEO/Managing Director at previously ASX listed Tap Oil for 6 years and worked at Woodside Petroleum for 12 years, where he held a number of positions, including Treasurer, Acting CFO, Vice President of the USA Business Unit and Vice President of the Pluto Business Unit. He has consulted to a number of resource companies, working with First Quantum Minerals (Acting CFO), QR National (Group Treasurer), and Western Gas.

  • Richard Barker | Non-Executive Director

    Mr Barker, a co-founder of the Goshawk Group, has held executive roles at listed and unlisted oil and gas and resource companies over the last ten years.  Prior to this Richard, who holds a Master of Laws, worked at Australian law firms Clayton Utz and Jackson McDonald. Richard has extensive corporate governance, project management, Native Title and operations experience.
