Explorers Podcast: Western Yilgarn exploring for battery metals a stone's throw from Perth

It may be your first time hearing of Western Yilgarn, given the company has recently undergone a fresh coat of paint – including its new name.

The company makes no secret of where it is exploring as its name says it all – currently working on its 349km2 Julimar West PGE project 75km northeast of Perth.

According to the Western Yilgarn team, the name change follows the acquisition of a suite of “exciting” exploration projects across the Yilgarn Craton – with exposure to nickel and copper as well opportunities to discover rare earths and lithium.
