Explorers Podcast: Rejuvenating a historic silver mine in WA

Stockhead’s ‘Garimpeiro’ columnist Barry FitzGerald is back in the studio for another instalment of The Explorers Podcast.

In this episode, Barry FitzGerald speaks to Errawarra Resources (ASX:ERW)  executive director Bruce Garlick about the company’s recently acquired silver play in Western Australia.

The Elizabeth Hill silver project has a production history, with around 1.2 million ounces of silver produced from just 17,ooo tonnes ore, with a head grade of 2,200 g/t.

The mine ceased operating in 2000 because silver price dropped, but in today’s current climate, where silver is reaching record highs, Errawarra is well positioned with this new addition to its portfolio.

Listen in to hear what Errawarra has planned for Elizabeth Hill.
