Stockhead’s Top 10 at shortly-before-11-ish, published after I’ve had a chance to look over the numbers from the handful of short, fleeting minutes that the market’s been open, while quietly having a life-altering blast of existential panic when I consider that I’m meant to have this completed well before 11am, but then get stuck in a mind-loop about the fact that the manner in which we, as humans, measure time is almost completely arbitrary, and effectively meaningless, when considering the vastness of a universe that is so unimaginably vast and old, that the 45 minutes it takes to put all this together may as well not exist – which is poignantly ironic considering that by the time I’ve managed to calm myself down, those 45 minutes have effectively ‘disappeared’, and a whole new kind of panic sets in.

It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
