Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10 highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade.

Regtech company Kyckr (ASX: KYK) was among the leaders, after announcing the completion of a recent share placement which saw tech luminary Richard White — founder and CEO of Wisetech Global (ASX: WTC) — come on board as a cornerstone investor with a 19.6 per cent stake in the company.

Another tech company, LiveTiles (ASX: LVT) dipped in morning trade after announcing the completion of a $50m share placement priced at 35 cents per share.
