Castillo Copper (ASX:CCZ) unveiled a maiden 21,556 tonne cobalt resource at ‘Broken Hill’ “ at relatively shallow depths between 2-80m.

Greenvale Mining (ASX:GRV) will acquire an initial 51% stake in a private geothermal energy company.

Meanwhile, Mamba Exploration (ASX:M24) has entered in a deal to acquire a rare earths and gold project in WA.

Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN) will raise $2m at a 16% premium to the last closing price, which is very rare.

“Funds raised from the Placement and future option conversions will better position Lindian to pursue the potential acquisition of Rift Valley Resources Developments and its Kangankunde [rare earths] project in Malawi,” it says.

Greenstone Resources (ASX:GSR) has also raised $4.9m to fund PGE exploration right next door to Galileo’s recent discovery.
