The size and scale of Azure Minerals’ (ASX:AZS) ‘Andover’ nickel-copper discovery in WA — 40% owned by famous prospector Mark Creasy — keeps getting bigger.

There was more high grade gold news from Nexus Minerals’ (ASX:NXM) ‘Wallbrook’ project in WA, where new hits like 10m at 5.49g/t gold – which ended in mineralisation — follow on from some solid results earlier this month.

IDT Australia (ASX:IDT) jumped 25% after announcing that it has formalised plans with the Australian Government to potentially assist with the production of a COVID-19 vaccine.

New Zealand fuel distributor Z Energy (ASX:ZEL) announced it was being acquired by Ampol (ASX:ALD).

And red-hot lithium play Vulcan Energy (ASX:VUL) was up almost $1.50 — or +14% — after announcing it has retained major European bank BNP Paribas as advisor in the lead-up to the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for its Zero Carbon Lithium project in Germany.
