Diversified environmental and laboratory service provider HRL Holdings (ASX: HRL) received an unsolicited, non-binding indicative offer from ALS (ASX:ALQ) to acquire 100% of HRL for $0.16 cash per share.

Medical device maker Imricor Medical Systems (ASX:IMR) entered into two new agreements with Siemens Healthcare GmbH (Siemens) that provide IMR the ability to deploy its upcoming 3D mapping system across all newer Siemens MRI scanners.
