African Gold (ASX:A1G) rocketed off the back of exploration results at its project in Cote d’Ivoire – returning grades including 10m at 123g/t.

Okapi Resources (ASX:OKR) and Nexus Minerals (ASX:NXM) climbed thanks to gold exploration results at their projects in NSW and WA respectively.

Norwest Energy (ASX:NWE) rose off the back of a gas discovery at its Lockyear project in WA.
