10 at 10: These ASX stocks are pedalling on this morning
Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10 highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade. It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
A handful of stocks jumped after releasing their quarterlies either late yesterday or first thing this morning. The biggest jumper was Family Insights Group (ASX:FAM) which has more than doubled.
Ship builder Austal (ASX:ASB) dropped over 20 per cent after revealing it missed out on winning a contract to manufacture for the US Navy.
Only a week after Ellex (ASX:ELX) shareholders signed off on selling its lasers and ultrasound businesses to Lumnibird, the ACCC has intervened. It will commence a public review of the acquisition that will take until late June.
