Skin Elements (ASX:SKN) announced a collaboration with Holista CollTech (ASX:HCT) to produce hand sanitiser. Both stocks have surged although the former is up far greater – having more than doubled.
You may also notice a higher number of oil small caps in the top 10 than usual. While these companies themselves had no news, oil prices surged overnight after news of supply cuts.
