Power provider Tlou Energy (ASX:TOU) has more than doubled on news it’s signed a pilot power purchase agreement with Botswana’s state power corporation.

Among this morning’s losers was Mali Lithium (ASX:MLL), which revealed COVID-19 related cost-cutting measures that included cutting it’s board from five to three. It also says technical activity on its lithium project will be “minimal” for the rest of the year.
