HR tech platform Konekt (ASX: KKT) surged at the bell, after the company agreed in-principle to a takeover offer from Advanced Personnel Management priced at 49 cents per share — a premium of almost 70 per cent to the last closing price.
On the flipside, Heron Resources (ASX: HRR) shares slumped after the company rejoined the ASX boards from suspension, and announced at capital raise at a steep discount to its last traded price.
