Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10, published at 10.15am each trading day, highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade using live data.
It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
Hydrix (ASX:HYD) announced it had implanted its AngelMed Guardian heart-monitoring system in its first US patient.
Gold junior Metals Australia (ASX:MLS) also rose after telling shareholders it had identified exploration targets.
Leading the charge was SIV Asset Management (ASX:SAM) after being re-instated to quotation. The money manager had been suspended since October 2017 and was looking for new opportunities.
It eventually settled on buying a private mining company with tenements in Zimbabwe. The company will be renamed Ragusa Resources (ASX:RAS) but this has not taken effect just yet.
