Penny stock Cycliq Group (ASX:CYQ), which manufactures lights and safety cameras for bikes, rose off the back of its latest quarterly report.

South Australian graphite play Renascor Resources (ASX:RNU) announced an offtake MOU.

Investment company Arowana (ASX:AWN) revealed that one of its subsidiaries, VivoPower has signed an agreement with GB vehicles to help it import electric vehicle kits and electric Toyotas.

The deal was worth US$250 million over a four year period and the companies say it is the most valuable EV deal in the Australasian region to date.
