Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10, published at 10.15am each trading day, highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade using live data.
It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
Leading the pack was gold play Superior Resources (ASX:SPQ) which surged after announcing exploration results.
Its peer WA-focused rare earths play RareX (ASX:REE) also surged after exploration results.
Also in resources, Tanzanian-focused explorer Indiana Resources (ASX:IDA) announced it was seeking at least US$95 million compensation from Tanzania’s mining-hostile government.
Among other sectors, Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) surged on its first trading day after announcing an acquisition.
Medtech stock Impedimed (ASX:IPD) announced it had been chosen to take part in a major clinical trial.
ScandiVanadium (ASX:SVD) fell after telling shareholders an initial review of helicopter electro-magnetic surveying it had conducted at its WA projects showed “no clear evidence of massive sulphides”.
