Nex Metals (ASX:NME) rose off the back of drilling results at its Kookynie gold project with intersections of up to 91.2g/t.

Fellow gold play Tempest Minerals (ASX:TEM) also climbed with an exploration update, telling shareholders it had identified iron rich units at its Euro project depicting favourable geology for iron ore and gold mineralisation.

Lighting manufacturer FOS Capital (ASX:FOS) rose with a trading update.
