Stockhead’s resident Health and Biotech expert Tim Boreham is putting down the pen and picking up the microphone for another instalment of The Health Kick Podcast.

In this episode Tim chats with Philip Daffas, CEO & managing director of PainChek (ASX:PCK).

PainChek is the developer of a smartphone-based medical app that uses artificial intelligence to assess and score patient pain levels.

In April last year the medtech player received a $5m cash injection from the Morrison government, as part of a broader push to promote innovation in the sector and improve outcomes for patients suffering from dementia and other cognitive impairments.

PainChek was the third strongest performing ASX health stock in 2019 and has performed admirably since the COVID-19 induced market crash earlier this year.
