H2I opens for business via trading platform VCEX, accelerates hydrogen engine enhancement kits

H2I Technology – the Aussie brains behind revolutionary hydrogen enhancement kits for existing engines, has opened the door to investors via the online trading platform VCEX.
H2I’s team of engineers are seeking to raise initial capital of $400,000 to accelerate the commercialisation of its hydrogen injection technology, which they expect to have ready for market in Q4.
The company says the hydrogen enhancement kits reduce emissions by 30% and improve fuel consumption by 20%,while potentially extending the life of existing internal combustion engines.
Not only does this mean multiple industries will reach net-zero emissions at a faster pace, but it also provides the market with the option to augment their vehicle fleets, generators, and mining equipment through hydrogen.
“Once commercialised, H2I’s hydrogen enhancement kits will see quick industry uptake as they create a carbon-reduction solution that cuts user costs and leverages legacy assets,” says H2I Technology managing director, David Vinson.
“This means potential customers will not have to reinvest in new infrastructure, while also potentially extending its operational life and optimising their efficiency.”
H2I has insulated their revenue stream through a modular technology that has applications in the large vehicle sector and industries dependent on ageing diesel infrastructure, such as mining, construction, remote communities, and hospitals.
“Currently, the company is focused on augmenting the capabilities of generators, mining equipment, heavy machinery, buses, trucks, ships, and trains through the hydrogen injection system.
“This creates opportunities for lucrative, long-term contracts with large vehicle flee owners along with mining or construction companies.”
Early testing indicates they are on track to having the final prototype ready for demonstration by Q3 of 2022.
Recent results demonstrate H2I has been able to substantially improve the overall performance of engines.
“One of the key advantages is the ability to inject hydrogen without replacing the engine, cut user costs and potentially extend its life expectancy, which will be an important selling-point for future customers.
