Strategic Elements (ASX:SOR) is a ‘venture builder’ that combines teams of leading scientists or innovators in unique technology or resources sectors to establish new ventures and projects.
Currently, Strategic Elements has 3 major projects in play; a large scale base/precious metals project in the Western Deserts of the Officer Basin, an artificial intelligence and robotics company called Stealth Technologies and the revolutionary Nanocube Memory Ink project which is a liquid transparent ink containing billions of tiny nanometer scale cube-shaped particles.
The company operates under a Pooled Development Fund program whereby most shareholders receive dividend and capital gains tax exemptions on their investment in SOR.
