John brings a wealth of experience to Identitii, having supported many early-stage ventures through sharp periods of growth. He has held board and executive roles at Travelex across the globe and has proven success in helping businesses to scale in line with rapidly expanding customer demand. John also serves as an Executive Director on Identitii’s Board.

Ben has a strong background in advising companies at various stages of growth, having started his career as a banking and finance lawyer before joining McKinsey and Company. Ben has been integral in Identitii’s rapid expansion to date and is responsible for supporting its growing global customer base as well as driving product strategy to meet customer needs.

Margarita is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has held senior finance leadership roles at ASX listed top 100 companies and large multinational organisations. More recently, Margarita has specialised in the unique needs of tech start-ups and has developed a deep understanding of how software-as-a-service, data and FinTech companies move from start-up to scale up business.

James brings a wealth of experience developing innovative technology systems in both corporate and start-up environments and is instrumental in driving the success of blockchain as a way to solve issues associated with bank and corporate financial messaging. James has significant experience in developing distributed systems and databases and is responsible for ensuring Identitii’s systems and processes stand up to the needs of complex organisations.

Layla is responsible for Identitii’s most important asset – its people. With a rapidly expanding employee base, Layla’s focus is on attracting new talent, while engaging and developing the Identitii team. She is vital to creating a workplace that enables Identitii to scale, while retaining the culture that has made it so successful to date. Layla brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and people leadership across industries, geographies, and businesses.

Clare has spent her career helping financial services and technology companies in the U.S., UK, Asia and Australia take advantage of growth opportunities and reach their full potential. She has worked with companies of all sizes but specialises in supporting fast growing B2B companies. Clare’s international experience and focus on financial services and technology businesses is key to driving Identitii’s go-to-market and growth plans both locally and globally.

Elliot is a passionate and proactive programmer focused on designing elegant solutions to complex problems. He spearheads Identitii’s membership of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and brings with him significant experience in designing critical systems for financial services organisations and corporates. He was previously lead architect at Ninja Blocks, a leading IoT start-up acquired by AGL, and helped build the first flight & hotel meta-search engines at wego.com.

Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has worked with boards and management on a range of ASX and NSX listed companies including assisting a number of organisations through the IPO process. Elissa is experienced in the specific requirements of companies in industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology.

Nick Armstrong co-founded Identitii in 2014 and serves as its Chairman. He has helped grow the company from start-up to multi-award winning, ASX listed FinTech. Nick was an early proponent of blockchain and has been at the forefront of developing some of the most successful use cases for the technology in the financial markets today.

Steve has held senior leadership and Board positions at multiple public and private organisations, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, CommSec, Aston Consulting, Motorcycling Australia and Seer Asset Management. He also played a pivotal role in developing the first online stockbroking business for financial planners, which was later sold to Commsec.
