Azure Minerals Limited is a Western Australian-focused mineral exploration company progressing nickel, copper and gold projects which offer significant upside through strong exploration results, favourable geology and prime locations.
Azure is rapidly advancing its Andover nickel-copper-cobalt deposit to mine development. Importantly, the advanced-stage Andover Project provides Azure’s shareholders with exposure to the vital, high-value nickel, copper and cobalt battery metals required for a clean and green energy future.
Azure also holds exciting high-quality gold exploration projects in two of the hottest gold exploration districts in Western Australia, being Mallina in the Pilbara (next door to the recently discovered 6.8 million ounce Hemi gold deposit) and Kookynie in the Eastern Goldfields (host to over 3 million ounces of gold resources).
Azure is led by a very experienced technical and management team with proven mineral deposit discovery and mine development credentials.
The Company’s major shareholders include the German investment fund Deutsche Balaton – Delphi (18.3%), the Creasy Group (15.0%), and major international mining company Teck Resources (6.8%).
