It was a big morning for micro-cap WA gold explorer Bligh Resources (ASX:BGH), which received an off-market takeover offer from Saracen (ASX:SAR) valuing it at 12.8 cents per share — a 97 per cent premium to yesterday’s closing price.
On the other side of the ledger, Anatara Lifesciences (ASX:ANR) fell sharply after announcing that Zoetis Inc has terminated an exclusive worldwide license for the company’s Detach product.
