GOING UP

Mining services provider Mitchell Services (ASX:MSV) rose as much as 45 per cent this morning to 5.8c, with more than $1.3 million worth of shares trading hands.

The company released its quarterly report, which showed $37 million in customer receipts and $63.8 million for the half-year.

The fluctuation continues at engage:BDR (ASX:EN1), with the company again in the biggest movers before lunch.

COO and director Kurtis Rintala today increased his shareholding.

Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ECT) rose 30 per cent to an intraday high of 1.3c after releasing an update on its India project.

They were pleased because their Indian partner, the one trialing their coal pellet and iron-making tech, had scheduled a board meeting to consider approving a research agreement, which will allow them to proceed to financial close.

They’d been disappointed earlier this month when the Aussie tech program was kicked off the agenda by talks about a share buy-back program.

Fenix Resources (ASX:FEX) remains on the rise, its shares up as much as 23 per cent today to highs of 4.5c, following on from yesterday’s big run.

Shares hit as high as 5.8c yesterday, before closing at 3.6c.

It was all due to high-grade results from its flagship Iron Ridge project in Western Australia as iron ore prices continue to surge.
