IPO Watch: Up to five new listings could hit the ASX this week

July has already been a busy month for initial public offering launches (on both the ASX and NSX) as well as new listings.
As many as five new stocks are expected to debut on the ASX this week:
Coolgardie Minerals (ASX:CM1) | Proposed listing date: Wednesday, July 18
The business: Coolgardie owns the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia and has 12 priority gold sites in the area that it’s looking to develop in the short to medium term.
The offer: The miner’s $6 million initial public offering was sold at 20c a share, with plans to spend $2.6 million on exploration projects.
Calix (ASX:CXL) | Proposed listing date: Friday, July 20
The business: Calix was founded in 2005 and supplies a range of waste and water treatment projects based on its own technologies, including a compound that can be added to sewers to control the stench.
The offer: The company’s raising $8 million selling shares at 53c each. The funds will go to “enhancing the efficiency of existing production facilities” and to continue research and development activities, as well as providing working capital.

Kingwest Resources (ASX:KWR) | Proposed listing date: Thursday, July 19
The business: This new gold miner is focused on exploring Western Australia’s Eastern goldfields. It has eight project areas in the region.
The offer: The initial public offer looked to raise $5 million to continue exploration activities. According to the company’s prospectus, $2.8 million will go towards further exploration of these projects, while $1 million will go to overheads.
Nicheliving (ASX:NLH) | Proposed listing date: TBA
The business: A West Australian real estate, house and land business.
The offer: Nicheliving was on the books for a July listing date but the ASX has since switched its provisional date to “TBA” and the company did not respond to requests from Stockhead about when it might hit the bourse.
The business has been looking to raise $12 million in an initial public offer. According to its fourth supplementary prospectus, the offer is now open until September 2018.
Other July ASX listings
NZ dairy powder exporter Keytone Dairy (ASX:KTD) and junior cobalt explorer Rafaella Resources (ASX:RFR) are expected to list this week.
Silicon batteries play 1414 Degrees (ASX:14D) and spy satellite maker Kleos Space (ASX:KSS) are due later in the month.
